How long will my order take?

All of our items are custom made-to-order, and standard processing times are 2-7 business days (1-3 business days for cards).

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within:

• USA - 3-5 business days
• Australia - 2-6 business days by standard post / 1-2 business days by Express Post
  
• Rest of the world - 2-4 weeks

 

Where do your items ship from?

We work with some incredible printing partners across the US, Australia and Europe to ensure your order reaches you quickly!

Apparel, prints, totes and mugs will ship from either the US, EU or Australia, whichever is the nearest location to you.

All cards ship from our studio in Australia.

 

What if my order hasn't arrived?

We guarantee all purchases! If your order is lost we will make sure to resolve the issue

If your order hasn't arrived within the specified time please do the following:

• Check that you have provided the correct mailing address
• Check if your local post office is holding your package
  
• Check if members of your household or neighbours have picked up the package for you
  
• Wait 5 more business days to see if it arrives - there are Covid-related shipping delays worldwide, your package is likely on it's way!
